LJ T45te ( /ˈtastə/ ) is a contemporary artist whose artworks and projects involve complex and paradoxical ways in which man relate to a non-human world. An artistic practice for spectral and speculative worlds-without-man intersecting intelligibility with reality via images, films, sculptures, sound, systems and site interventions.

Resources

Jason’s artworks use the dichotomy between activity and passivity, history and speculation, and the limits of human thought. They incorporate worlds at once familiar and unfamiliar articulated via films, drawings, texts, sculptures, sound and music releases, public interventions and living events.

Throughout public projects that develop in forests, gardens, caves, deserts, night clubs, cultural or urban sites, Jason’s networks of ideas approach a «nowhere» physically and confront the concealed power that living creatures hold over man.

This site is an open-ended catalogue of artworks, presentations, projects and platforms. Throughout it, a display of interpolating hybrid ideas, images and sounds may emerge. It has also been set up as a type of digital deepening gulf between distinct ways of misunderstanding the world.
